A BJP chief has filed a case towards RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav in a courtroom alleging that he intentionally hid particulars of land owned by him in his affidavit through the 2015 Meeting polls.
The courtroom has mounted September 22 for listening to the case. The case was filed by BJP MLC Suraj Nandan Prasad on Tuesday within the courtroom of Chief Judicial Justice of the Peace Om Prakash.
In his petition, Prasad alleged that Tej Pratap had “intentionally hid” in his affidavit the main points of land owned by him in Aurangabad whereas preventing the Meeting election from Mahua in 2015. A motor showroom now features from the property within the title of Tej Pratap’s household’s firm “LARA Distributors Pvt Ltd”.
